Assistant Spa Manager
This position works directly under the Spa Manager, and is the team leader for the front desk spa representatives.  This is a key-holder position that will often act as the manager on duty, handling customer issues and employee issues as they arise.

Front Desk Spa Representative
This is an entry-level position that requires excellent retail and customer service skills.  Spa Representatives work under the managers on duty and are responsible for maintaining the feel, look, and flow of the spa.
